I'm really grateful to Local Sounds for the work they did to amplify my first single, 'kintsugi'. As a new, independent artist there are so many things to do, and it can be hard to find space for the time-consuming work of pitching to music publications and playlist curators. Local Sounds did a lot of heavy lifting here, pitching my work widely and landing my track a spot on a playlist with over 38k followers, as well as a feature with Spinex Music - an international music discovery platform and digital magazine.
Local Sounds also promoted my work widely on their own website and radio - it really felt like they took a sincere and genuine interest in my art, and that was a wonderful feeling to have, especially as a first-timer.
